1. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Every candle, Aroma Gel, and Aroma Mist is handcrafted.
This means:
- Slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur
- Frosting, minor imperfections, or natural settling may happen with soy products
These variations do not affect performance or quality.
2. Safety & Usage
By purchasing our products, you agree to follow all included safety instructions:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children and pets
- Trim your wick before each burn
- Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time
- Do not place candles near drafts, fabrics, or flammable materials
Failure to follow instructions may result in fire hazards or product misuse.
Spotlite Brands Candle Co. is not responsible for damages caused by improper use.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Limited-edition releases may sell out without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary by season and demand.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or postal issues are outside our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Exchanges are only offered for damaged items and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
7. Allergens & Sensitivities
Our products contain fragrance oils, essential oils, colorants, and natural soy wax.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that sensitivities or allergic reactions are possible and agree to discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Spotlite Brands Candle Co. is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
All product names, images, designs, logos, and written content belong to Spotlite Brands Candle Co.
They cannot be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
By using our products, you agree that Spotlite Brands Candle Co. is not responsible for:
- Improper candle use
- Neglect of safety instructions
- Property damage caused by misuse
- Reactions to fragrance oils
- Third-party shipping delays or errors
Your use of our products is at your own risk.

Continued use of our site or products means you accept the updated terms.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Because every item is handmade, small-batch, and crafted with care, we do not accept returns on candles, Aroma Gels, or Aroma Mists.
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged.
If your order shows up broken, leaking, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You’ll need to provide:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping box
- Your order number
Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit.
Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any candle that has been lit or Aroma Mist that has been sprayed is not eligible.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Lost or stolen packages
Once the carrier scans your package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
